Submission Process

Follow these simple steps to submit your cards for drop off and grading

STEP 1

Create an account or log in through the MNT website:

STEP 2

Visit the submission form page on the MNT website and select your service type (First Class, Priority, Rush, Standard & Value). Once you have selected your service type, click the “Add New Card” button and input your card details. Any discrepancies or missing information will result in longer processing times.

STEP 3

Once your Submission Form has been completed, click the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button at the bottom of the page and choose E-Transfer. (we will collect payment in-store when you drop off your cards)

STEP 4

Once your form is submitted through the MNT website you can bring your cards in to Chimera Gaming to complete the payment and drop-off (or purchase your tickets below before drop-off in-store)

Chimera Gaming is an MNT Pristine Dealer!

As a Pristine Dealer, Chimera Gaming handles the delivery and pickup of your graded cards for you. Simply complete the submission form linked below choosing e-transfer as payment. Then purchase the matching ticket from us and bring in your cards and submission form. We will deliver the cards safely to MNT and pick them up when they are complete. Once contacted you will be able to come back to our store to pick up your newly graded cards.

Refunds

You may return sealed product within 30 days of its purchase from Chimera Gaming Inc., unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with original receipt from time of purchase.

If the item was shipped and you wish to return it, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case that the nature of the return was an error made by Chimera Gaming (ex. the wrong item was sent)

Once a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Other refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the ever constant changes in pricing, we do not accept returns on singles.

Products ordered specifically at a customer’s request, which we do not normally stock, are non-returnable. All special orders are considered final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Restocking Fee Policy
A 10% restocking fee will be applied under any or all of the following circumstances:

  • The order was cancelled for reasons other than our error (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect order by customer)
  • The order has already been prepared and a "ready for pickup" email was sent.

The restocking fee is automatically deducted from a refund amount. If the cancelled order was unpaid for, the restocking fee will need to be paid before a new order can be placed and completed. 

This policy is in place to ensure we are covered for the labor costs and potential losses incurred during the time that any items/singles were being held for a customer. It also deters customers from regularly cancelling orders.
