Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business* days following successful payment. Orders are shipped with an appropriate courier according to the shipping method chosen during the checkout process if a courier is available. If a reasonable courier is not available (i.e. for remote locations) we will reach out via email.
*1-3 additional business days may be required during high volume periods (Ex. Christmas)

    Chimera Gaming does not claim responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Orders (excluding lettermail) come with default insurance of $300. In the event of loss or damage, Chimera Gaming will open a claim with the our carrier partners.  In the event of damage in transit, please hold on to all packaging & product and send photos to shipping@chimeragamingonline.com

    Lettermail packages are uninsured and untracked. By choosing this service you assume all risk for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If there is an issue with your Lettermail Delivery, Canada Post has asked us to have customers reach out to them directly at 1-800-267-1117.

    International Orders

    Due to unstable international trading policies, additional fees may apply.  Our shipping fees cover most cases, however Canadian Carriers REQUIRE shipments sent into the United States & some other countries with duties paid ahead of time (DDP).  Within 1-3 business days after receiving an international order, we will assess fees with our carriers and contact you via email if these fees exceed expected amounts with a few alternative options if available.

    You will be automatically be sent tracking information (if applicable) by email upon fulfillment of your order by Chimera Gaming.

    We offer free shipping on orders of over $150 CAD before tax in Canada. Store Credit does not count towards the $150 minimum. 

    Tracking may take a few days to update.  Packages sent out on Friday tend to not update their tracking status online until the following Tuesday,

    Store credit cannot be used to cover any shipping fees.

    The following products have legal, or manufacturer or distributor-imposed restrictions on where and/or how they can be shipped:

    Current/In-Print Magic Sealed Product: Shipping only permitted within Canada

    Sealed Games Workshop Product: Shipping only permitted within Canada

    Aerosols/flammables: Pickup only

    If an order is placed with us in an effort to circumvent these restrictions, the account holder will be contacted about the cancellation of their order.
