Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Section 21 - Preorders

Payment, or contact about intent to pay, is required for all preorders at the time of order. 

All sales on preordered singles are to be considered final.

Section 21 - "Pay In-Store"

In the checkout process there is an option to choose pay in-store. This option exists to allow customers to reserve cards when they intend to bring trade-ins or want to use store credit towards their order. 

When a pay in-store order comes through the website, Chimera Gaming packs the order to ensure it is ready for the customer at time of pickup. If a customer cancels an order marked for pay in-store, they may be subject to a restocking fee.

Section 22 - The Buylist Function on www.chimeragamingonline.com

Our website has an integrated buylist function for customers to create buy requests before shipping or bringing the cards to us to be processed. This function only tracks automatic updates to prices and may not be accurate when calculating a valuation of the items submitted.

We reserve the right to deny any buylist submission for any reason. Prices shown on the buylist are always subject to change. 

Section 23 - Store Credit Issue

It is a known issue that when a customer uses store credit, the online store does not charge tax properly, and we must manually charge the pending tax after the order has been submitted. When using store credit on the online store, be aware that a pending amount equal to the tax rate of your province/state (EX. Ontario's sales tax rate is 13%. A $20 purchase multiplied by 0.13 will give us $2.60, which is the amount that would be still pending before the order can be completed).
