Hellstriders are devotees of torment who hunt from the back of impossibly swift daemonic steeds. They fight to inflict pain and despair, landing mortal blows upon their victims where they are most likely to prolong the agonising moment of death.

The Hellstriders of Slaanesh are muscular miniatures who ride atop Steeds of Slaanesh. They sport Classical-styled helmets, featuring plumes or curved blades, and also wear unusual angular armour covered in sigils. Each of them carries circular shields bearing the icon of Slaanesh and comes armed with enormous, whip-like, barb-ended hellscourges, while some of the Hellstriders even have spears fused to their arms. The kit comes with command options including a musician, champion and standard bearer who holds aloft a banner with a sculpted symbol of Slaanesh. The Steeds themselves are long, reptilian creatures with serpentine tongues, a variety of skin textures, thick claws and an elongated tail, and they stand in a variety of dynamic poses.

This multipart plastic boxed set contains 108 components and five horse bases, with which to build five Hellstriders of Slaanesh, and is supplied with 5x 60mm oval bases.

This kit is supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.

Refunds

You may return sealed product within 30 days of its purchase from Chimera Gaming Inc., unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with original receipt from time of purchase.

If the item was shipped and you wish to return it, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case that the nature of the return was an error made by Chimera Gaming (ex. the wrong item was sent)

Once a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Other refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the ever constant changes in pricing, we do not accept returns on singles.

Products ordered specifically at a customer’s request, which we do not normally stock, are non-returnable. All special orders are considered final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Restocking Fee Policy
A 10% restocking fee will be applied under any or all of the following circumstances:

  • The order was cancelled for reasons other than our error (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect order by customer)
  • The order has already been prepared and a "ready for pickup" email was sent.

The restocking fee is automatically deducted from a refund amount. If the cancelled order was unpaid for, the restocking fee will need to be paid before a new order can be placed and completed. 

This policy is in place to ensure we are covered for the labor costs and potential losses incurred during the time that any items/singles were being held for a customer. It also deters customers from regularly cancelling orders.
