Warplock Jezzails are long-barrelled rifles that fire a high-velocity bullet made of refined warpstone. Due to their length, Jezzails can fire an incredible distance and still strike with enough force to punch clean through even the toughest armour. If the target does not die from their injuries, they will quickly succumb to the toxic effects of the warpstone that hit them. Of course, such power does come with a price and Jezzail teams have often found themselves on the receiving end of return fire. As a result they will often be found hunkered down behind a large pavise, which is a convenient resting place for the heavy gun as well as adequate protection for the crew.

This boxed set contains three Skaven Warplock Jezzails. These models are finely detailed resin-cast miniatures. They are supplied as nine separate components and come with 3x 60mm oval bases and 3x 50mm rectangular bases. 

Refunds

You may return sealed product within 30 days of its purchase from Chimera Gaming Inc., unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with original receipt from time of purchase.

If the item was shipped and you wish to return it, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case that the nature of the return was an error made by Chimera Gaming (ex. the wrong item was sent)

Once a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Other refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the ever constant changes in pricing, we do not accept returns on singles.

Products ordered specifically at a customer’s request, which we do not normally stock, are non-returnable. All special orders are considered final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Restocking Fee Policy
A 10% restocking fee will be applied under any or all of the following circumstances:

  • The order was cancelled for reasons other than our error (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect order by customer)
  • The order has already been prepared and a "ready for pickup" email was sent.

The restocking fee is automatically deducted from a refund amount. If the cancelled order was unpaid for, the restocking fee will need to be paid before a new order can be placed and completed. 

This policy is in place to ensure we are covered for the labor costs and potential losses incurred during the time that any items/singles were being held for a customer. It also deters customers from regularly cancelling orders.
