A True Hero of the Imperium

This multipart plastic kit builds Ciaphas Cain and Jurgen, a pair of storied warriors to lead your Astra Militarum armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. Though it would be difficult to live up to the reputation given to him by the Imperial propaganda machine, there's no question that the hero has survived some very tense moments. Immortalised here in a pose taken straight from popular Imperial leaflets, he cuts a striking figure that will look just as good on your display shelves as it does on the tabletop. The pair can be mounted together on a scenic base, or each can be given their own for ease of gaming.

These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted. We recommend:
– Citadel Tools: Super Fine Detail Cutters
– Warhammer Colour Plastic Glue
– Warhammer Colour paints

Refunds

You may return sealed product within 30 days of its purchase from Chimera Gaming Inc., unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with original receipt from time of purchase.

If the item was shipped and you wish to return it, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case that the nature of the return was an error made by Chimera Gaming (ex. the wrong item was sent)

Once a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Other refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the ever constant changes in pricing, we do not accept returns on singles.

Products ordered specifically at a customer’s request, which we do not normally stock, are non-returnable. All special orders are considered final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Restocking Fee Policy
A 10% restocking fee will be applied under any or all of the following circumstances:

  • The order was cancelled for reasons other than our error (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect order by customer)
  • The order has already been prepared and a "ready for pickup" email was sent.

The restocking fee is automatically deducted from a refund amount. If the cancelled order was unpaid for, the restocking fee will need to be paid before a new order can be placed and completed. 

This policy is in place to ensure we are covered for the labor costs and potential losses incurred during the time that any items/singles were being held for a customer. It also deters customers from regularly cancelling orders.
